- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no-show.

Alessio was really helpful an fast in the app-contact. And also Luigi, the housekeeper was really nice and helpful. We had a good week.
But a few simple things would make a big difference. For example a watercooker for tea or a kettle. Ow we cooked water in a pan.
More up to date kitchen utensils. One visit to Ikea for cups, plates, similar knives and forks
Basic things.
We did like the atmosphere of the house. The pool and the view are great.
